Service Description

Learn Effective Self Defense Concepts for Real Life Scenarios. Taught by our unarmed combat instructor, Master Quinn Lawrence. An experienced multi-discipline martial arts instructor who specializes in the practical application of martial arts in self-defense. This Class Will Cover: Situation Awareness Tactics De-escalation Stategies Unarmed Combative Techniques (Strikes, Locks, Holds) Hands On Practice & Training Survival Mindset

Cancelation Policy

Students are required to cancel at least 72 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 72 hours before the class will not be refunded. Students may ask to reschedule a future date for the same class, this is not guaranteed.
